About the Role
You will develop and maintain enterprise KYC policies, standards, guidance, and exceptions. You will assess regulatory changes, partner on KYC implementation and technology, establish AI and identity-verification guardrails, monitor program performance, advise stakeholders, and identify and remediate compliance risks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of BSA, AML, KYC compliance, or compliance operations experience in financial services
- Experience influencing enterprise compliance programs and advising executive leadership
- Knowledge of compliance regulations, risks, and typologies
- Analytical and metrics-driven problem-solving skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills
- AI fluency
- Preferred experience with banking regulators, relevant compliance certifications, or AI and ML compliance tools
Responsibilities
- Lead development, review, and maintenance of enterprise KYC policies, standards, guidance, and exception requests
- Monitor regulatory changes and align global standards with local requirements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement KYC requirements
- Define policy requirements and validation criteria for AI and ML risk segmentation and identity verification
- Monitor KYC metrics and program performance
- Advise business units and legal, audit, and risk partners
- Support regulatory examinations and internal audits
- Identify, escalate, and remediate KYC compliance risks
