About the Role
You will partner with Investor Relations, Communications, and Legal to review investor and public communications before publication. You will maintain disclosure records, identify disclosure risks, keep messaging consistent with prior disclosures, and answer disclosure-related questions across the business.
Requirements
- Experience in investor relations, disclosure, or securities compliance.
- Understanding of US and UK investor-relations and public-company disclosure regulations.
- Attention to detail and record-keeping discipline.
- Experience reviewing sensitive or public-facing content under time pressure.
- Cross-functional relationship-building skills.
- Experience supporting significant external or public-profile growth.
- Familiarity with public-company disclosure obligations in a listed or multi-jurisdictional context.
Responsibilities
