About the Role
You will review and interpret judicial and administrative notices, coordinate information requests with responsible areas, and ensure responses meet legal, regulatory, quality, and deadline requirements. You will track requests end to end, work with partners and suppliers, identify bottlenecks and manual work, document processes, and propose operational improvements and automation.
Requirements
- Demonstrate analytical ability, critical thinking, and attention to detail
- Manage simultaneous demands and priorities
- Communicate effectively with different areas and stakeholders
- Knowledge of document analysis and legal-text interpretation is a differential
- Previous experience in legal, financial, banking, or high-volume controlled operations is a differential
Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and interpret judicial and administrative notices
- Request and follow up on supporting information from responsible areas
- Ensure requests comply with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements
- Coordinate with partner areas and suppliers to obtain required information
- Track requests end to end to ensure timely, accurate, compliant responses
- Identify manual activities, rework, bottlenecks, and simplification opportunities
- Map, standardize, document, and revise operational workflows
- Identify root causes of deviations and propose improvements
- Promote process automation, efficiency, and scalability
- Share best practices for continuous improvement
