About the Role
You will own global onboarding, role-readiness programs, Field OS, and AI-enabled enablement workflows. You will develop seller-ramp resources, prototype custom agents, measure onboarding impact, establish a manager onboarding track, and lead a small team while continuously improving enablement systems.

- Lead programs through roadmaps, decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and measurement

- Build the Field OS for seller ramp

- Refresh onboarding through testing, measurement, and role-specific sales-process alignment
