About the Role

You will help define and execute the CIAM product strategy and roadmap. You will lead complex authentication programs, prioritize requirements, partner with fraud, cybersecurity, operations, UX, architecture, and engineering stakeholders, monitor product and risk metrics, and drive secure, scalable authentication experiences across digital and call center channels.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 5–8 years of experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, digital product delivery, or a related role
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience owning a product backlog and driving prioritization in an Agile environment
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into product requirements, user stories, and delivery plans
  • Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and organizational complexity
  • Experience in CIAM, IAM, authentication, digital identity, fraud prevention, cybersecurity, or customer security experiences
  • Familiarity with MFA, SSO, OAuth, FIDO2, FFIEC, NIST, passkeys, biometrics, and account recovery
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or another highly regulated industry
  • Experience with omnichannel customer journeys involving digital and call center authentication
  • Familiarity with fraud operations, Financial Crimes functions, or risk-based decisioning
  • Experience with API-based products, platform capabilities, or developer-facing authentication services
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, analytics platforms, and UX collaboration tools

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the CIAM product strategy and roadmap
  • Lead complex CIAM programs from a product ownership standpoint
  • Drive omnichannel authentication strategy across digital and call center channels
  • Define product requirements and priorities for authentication capabilities
  • Translate strategic initiatives into epics, features, and user stories
  • Partner with fraud, Financial Crimes, cybersecurity, and risk teams
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and UX teams on authentication journeys
  • Balance customer experience, fraud prevention, security, technical feasibility, regulatory expectations, and operational efficiency
  • Monitor product, operational, and risk metrics
  • Identify strategic gaps, delivery risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
  • Prepare leadership communications, business cases, and executive updates
  • Mentor junior Product Owners
  • Modernize CIAM capabilities using authentication standards and best practices
