About the Role
You will manage projects using Scrum and Kanban, set product priorities, and manage backlogs and milestones throughout the product life cycle. You will lead communication and collaboration across departments and establish and improve service development and operations processes.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of project experience as a project manager
- Technical understanding sufficient for effective collaboration with development organizations
- Experience across the full product life cycle from planning and development through deployment, operations, and closure
- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration through strong communication
- Ability to respond effectively to changing requirements and priorities
- Proficiency with collaboration tools including JIRA, Confluence, and Slack
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Strong reporting, communication, and crisis-response skills
- Strong understanding of blockchain, virtual assets, and exchanges
Responsibilities
- Manage project staffing, schedules, and risks using Scrum and Kanban
