About the Role
You will coordinate KYC and KYB operations, risk governance, content reviews, customer-support compliance workflows, and product-control activities. You will lead executive reporting, maintain policies and procedures, support RCSAs and risk registers, and prepare risk, control, and operational reporting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in strategic operations, program management, compliance operations, governance, or risk management.
- Experience in fintech, crypto/web3, or heavily regulated financial services.
- Experience with cross-departmental incident response, workflow mapping, and post-incident remediation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders across control and first-line teams.
Responsibilities
- Support KYC and KYB onboarding pipelines and resolve operational friction.
- Coordinate with the US Risk organization on KRIs and risk-framework implementation.
- Lead Compliance and Legal review workflows for customer-facing content.
- Align customer-support operations with regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Product on risks related to product launches.
- Lead executive reporting for US market performance and opportunities.
- Support operational policies and procedures and prepare leadership reporting.
- Support RCSAs, maintain risk registers, and ensure control effectiveness.
