About the Role

You will lead onsite maintenance operations and supervise technicians and leads. You will schedule maintenance work, reduce downtime, troubleshoot complex issues, apply root-cause and corrective-action practices, maintain safety and maintenance records, manage vendors and inventory, and coach team members on performance and development.

Requirements

• Associate degree, equivalent certification, or relevant hands-on experience in electronics, automotive, automation, or manufacturing
• At least 5 years of maintenance leadership experience preferred
• Electromechanical skills including preventive maintenance, electrical system inspections, and tolerance checks
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms
• Communication, coaching, and performance management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite maintenance operations and supervise technicians and leads
• Plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance work orders
• Reduce equipment downtime and improve production reliability
• Apply root-cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures
• Troubleshoot complex issues and guide lasting solutions
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, customer, and safety procedures
• Conduct safety training and observations
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation
• Coach team members on performance and development
• Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships
• Purchase materials, parts, and supplies
• Maintain work areas according to 5S standards
