About the Role

You will act as a technical advisor to enterprise customers in Korea, translating requirements into scalable Claude solutions. You will guide discovery, evaluation, and deployment, help customers build evaluation frameworks, deliver technical content, identify integration patterns, coordinate stakeholders, and occasionally travel to customer sites.

Requirements

• 5+ years of people management experience in technical sales roles
• Enterprise customer experience and complex buying-cycle navigation
• Technical communication with executives, engineering, and IT stakeholders
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and enterprise integrations
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks and tools or a machine learning or data science background
• Korean and English fluency

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
• Advise enterprise customers in Korea from discovery through deployment
• Support customers using the Claude API and Claude for Work
• Deliver technical content to engineering teams and executives
• Guide architecture decisions and Claude integrations
• Help customers create evaluation frameworks for their use cases
• Identify integration patterns and share insights with product and engineering teams
• Travel to customer sites for workshops and technical discussions
• Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and implementation patterns
