About the Role
You will perform rough and finish carpentry, build and repair facility structures and fixtures, conduct inspections, respond to work orders, and document completed work. You will maintain a safe work area and coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and project managers on renovation projects.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of journeyman-level carpentry or construction maintenance experience
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment
- Experience in rough and finish carpentry, framing, drywall, millwork, and cabinetry
- Ability to read blueprints, construction drawings, and work order specifications
- Knowledge of building codes, fire egress requirements, and OSHA safety standards
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Must be a U.S. Person under applicable export regulations
Responsibilities
- Construct, install, and repair structural and finish carpentry
- Build and install partitions, framing, and drop ceilings
- Perform rough carpentry for renovation projects
- Fabricate custom woodwork and fixtures
- Inspect and repair doors, windows, hardware, and structural elements
- Repair or replace damaged interior finishes
- Respond to work orders and facilities requests
- Ensure work complies with building codes, OSHA standards, and safety requirements
- Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and project managers
- Document work orders, material usage, and completed records
