About the Role
You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, basic repairs, and troubleshooting on robotic and automated material-handling equipment. You will record maintenance work in CMMS, follow safety procedures, escalate complex issues, support uptime, and assist operations when needed.
Requirements
- Technical high school diploma, technical certification, engineering studies, or equivalent technical training preferred
- 1 year of hands-on industrial maintenance, automation, robotics, or related experience
- PLC troubleshooting, electrical diagnostics, sensor, VFD, servo motor, pneumatic, HMI, CMMS, and electromechanical repair experience preferred
- Familiarity with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar automation platforms
- Experience in fast-paced production environments
- Ability to interpret dashboards, queue logic, routing paths, and KPIs
- Basic conversational English preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs on automated equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Inspect, adjust, and replace equipment components
- Support corrective maintenance and equipment recovery
- Operate automation systems safely during troubleshooting and validation
- Maintain maintenance records and parts usage in CMMS
- Identify issues and escalate complex problems
- Maintain organized work areas and follow 5S standards
- Follow LOTO, PPE, work-at-height, and site safety requirements
- Support continuous-improvement initiatives
- Perform Cell Operator functions when required
