About the Role
You will own the lifecycle, health, roadmap, administration, security, and continuous improvement of enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms. You will engineer and support M365, Exchange, Proofpoint, Google Enterprise, Metallic, DocuSign, and Smartsheet, automate operations, troubleshoot incidents, support disaster recovery, and advise on product roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related subject
- 6-8 years of enterprise Microsoft and collaboration platform engineering and support

Responsibilities
- Own the M365 platform portfolio
- Own the Exchange email product lifecycle and roadmap
- Administer Proofpoint email security and filtering
- Manage the Google Enterprise Platform
- Own the Metallic data protection and backup platform
- Administer DocuSign
- Own the Smartsheet platform
- Monitor platform health and automate operations
- Advise on product roadmaps
- Drive platform adoption through documentation and training
- Maintain platform compliance and security
- Automate support requests using Microsoft and ServiceNow tools
- Triage and troubleshoot technical issues
- Escalate issues to management and vendors
- Co-own disaster recovery testing
- Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
