About the Role
You will design and maintain automated UI tests for web and mobile applications, execute exploratory and manual testing, validate customer journeys, investigate defects, and collaborate with frontend and mobile engineers throughout the software lifecycle. You will also improve automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, test coverage, release confidence, and testing quality with AI tools.
Requirements
- Experience building automated UI tests with Playwright or similar frameworks
- Experience testing web and mobile applications on Android and/or iOS
- Experience with Appium, Maestro, or Espresso
- Understanding of automation, exploratory testing, and manual testing
- Familiarity with frontend technologies and customer-facing application testing
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience collaborating with software engineers in Agile environments
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated UI tests for web and mobile applications
- Execute exploratory and manual testing for features, edge cases, and customer journeys
- Collaborate with frontend and mobile engineers throughout the software lifecycle
- Review product requirements and identify quality risks
- Investigate defects and partner with engineers to resolve issues
- Contribute to automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
- Improve test coverage, release confidence, and product quality
- Use Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, and MCP integrations to improve testing quality
