About the Role
You will provide strategic enterprise architecture leadership, design and govern ServiceNow solutions, architect cloud-native systems, define solution intent, document system behavior and costs, prioritize non-functional requirements, and oversee implementation alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience architecting and developing software in the public cloud
- 5+ years of overall relevant experience
- Experience monitoring infrastructure and application uptime
- Experience with Python, Bash, Java, Go, JavaScript, or Node.js
- Cross-functional knowledge of systems, storage, networking, security, and databases
- Experience with microservice design patterns
- Experience with event-driven architecture and CQRS
- Proficiency with continuous integration and continuous delivery
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions in GCP and AWS
- Establish solution intent for projects and problem statements
- Define responsibilities of major logical components
- Develop architecture deliverables and system behavior models
- Align solutions with technology strategy and standard building blocks
- Prioritize work for non-functional requirements
- Provide technical oversight of implementation
- Partner with engineering and SRE teams on outages and resiliency issues
- Evaluate and govern AI tools within technology ecosystems
