About the Role
You design, build, and deploy identity solutions for state governments and enterprise customers. You translate customer requirements into architectures and implementations, advise partners on standards adoption, develop backend and web or mobile applications in Rust and other technologies, and manage deployments and operations while working directly with customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience shipping backend software
- Experience with statically typed languages such as C#, Rust, Go, or Java
- Experience shipping modern web frontends
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering efforts
- Cloud infrastructure and DevOps experience
- Customer-facing communication experience
- U.S. residence
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of products and solutions
- Collaborate with delivery leads, engineers, and UX designers
- Translate customer requirements into technical architectures
- Advise public-sector partners on standards adoption
