About the Role
You will guide customers from technical discovery through deployment and production operation of AI solutions. You will assess customer needs, shape evaluations, create technical visions, deploy solutions into customer infrastructure, build custom features, onboard customers, and lead proof-of-concept delivery with internal and customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Conduct technical discovery with Account Executives
- Identify, qualify, and disqualify customer opportunities
- Influence evaluation criteria and processes
- Create a strategic technical vision for customer projects
- Guide customers in deploying models and products
- Deploy solutions according to customer requirements
- Relay customer feedback and improvement suggestions to product and technical stakeholders
- Develop custom customer features
- Onboard customers on product deployment and integration
- Ensure production setup across GPU infrastructure, backend, and frontend interfaces
- Define and track proof-of-concept success metrics
- Lead programs across internal and customer teams
