About the Role

You will manage daily live-game operations, support maintenance and patch deployments, monitor service performance, and communicate during incidents. You will plan and configure in-game events, investigate bugs and exploits, handle escalated support cases, and share player feedback with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Native or bilingual fluency in Spanish
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical industry experience
  • Extensive gameplay experience and deep knowledge of MMORPGs
  • Familiarity with the technical architecture and operational workflows of live-service online games
  • Experience interacting directly with online gaming communities
  • Interpersonal communication and customer-service skills
  • Time-management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends during critical launch windows or live incidents
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily live operational workflows using internal administration tools
  • Support server maintenance, patch deployments, and scheduled content updates
  • Monitor live-service performance, gather player feedback, and deliver status reports
  • Manage game incidents, publish player notices, and execute crisis communications
  • Design, schedule, and configure in-game events
  • Collaborate with Live Ops, Customer Support, and Community teams on game improvements
  • Maintain knowledge of incoming patches, systems, and content updates
  • Investigate, document, and escalate critical bugs, exploits, and technical issues
  • Review escalated customer-support tickets and conduct second-tier investigations
