About the Role

You will manage official and employee LinkedIn accounts, plan and publish content, and build collaboration workflows for topic selection and publishing. You will create brand, report, and executive-insight content using AI tools and templates. You will monitor performance metrics, LinkedIn algorithm changes, industry trends, and brand mentions to refine content strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 1–3 years of experience in LinkedIn platform operations.
• Experience managing LinkedIn corporate pages and personal account matrices.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn algorithms, content distribution logic, and growth strategies.
• Experience managing global platforms including X, Facebook, and Telegram.
• Proficiency with ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for content creation and workflow efficiency.
• Data analysis capabilities.
• Written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in B2B technology, cybersecurity, fintech, or Web3 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the official LinkedIn page, including planning, content, and engagement, to grow brand influence and followers.
• Build and optimize an employee LinkedIn account matrix and establish workflows for topic selection and publishing.
• Create brand, report, and executive-insight content using AI tools and optimized content templates.
• Track impressions, growth, and engagement metrics across accounts to refine content strategies.
• Monitor LinkedIn algorithm changes, industry trends, and brand mentions and provide operational insights.
