About the Role
You will identify high-impact life sciences research opportunities for AI and turn scientific ideas into well-scoped initiatives. You will develop testable research plans, work directly with Claude and Claude Science, and partner across research, product, and go-to-market functions to bring scientific work to life.
Requirements
- Scientific and operating experience taking ideas from concept to results in a company setting
- Experience in a multidisciplinary role at a high-growth life sciences company or science-focused investment or venture firm
- Experience founding or joining the founding team of a biotechnology startup
- Scientific judgment and entrepreneurial opportunity identification
- Scientific and business literacy
