About the Role
You will work directly with the Co-CEO and executive leadership to advance strategic priorities. You will turn goals and customer insights into clear actions, maintain visibility across initiatives, address operational bottlenecks, and coordinate execution across functions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, finance, or strategy and operations at early-stage startups

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Co-CEO and Executive Team to drive strategic initiatives
- Translate high-level goals into action plans with scopes, owners, and timelines
- Turn customer insights into structured requests and follow-up
- Maintain a source of truth for top-priority initiatives
- Identify operational bottlenecks and ensure follow-through
- Work across GTM, partnerships, product, research, engineering, finance, and other functions
- Develop functional and technical understanding of products and roadmap
