About the Role
You will lead high-priority strategic and operational projects from inception to delivery. You will structure ambiguous problems, define priorities, align stakeholders, remove bottlenecks, and coordinate work across product, engineering, research, go-to-market, and operations.
Requirements
- Track record in a demanding environment such as venture capital, strategy consulting, Chief of Staff work, a fast-growing startup, product strategy, or business operations
- Ability to operate autonomously without a playbook
- Ability to make progress with incomplete information and deliver high-quality outcomes
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate clearly, influence senior stakeholders, and build trust across technical and business teams
