About the Role
You will translate strategy into priorities, roadmaps, and operating plans. You will track progress, unblock initiatives, prepare decision materials, run program operations, lead cross-functional projects, support hiring, and represent the program lead when needed.
Requirements
- Have 5 or more years of relevant experience
- Have experience in program management, strategy and operations, Chief of Staff work, life sciences, biotechnology, global health, translational medicine, public health, or philanthropy
- Manage complex cross-functional workstreams in ambiguous environments
- Build processes that improve clarity, speed, and effectiveness
- Communicate complex information clearly and persuasively
- Support senior leaders and high-stakes decision-making
- Engage credibly with scientific, technical, operational, and external stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Drive execution across the portfolio
- Translate strategy into priorities, roadmaps, and operating plans
- Track progress and unblock critical initiatives

- Prepare materials and synthesize inputs
- Build and run program operating systems

- Coordinate with finance, legal, communications, operations, and external partners
