About the Role
You will advise life sciences research teams on global research, development, and commercial matters. You will negotiate sophisticated agreements, manage regulatory risks, create scalable legal guidance, and provide leadership with strategic advice on emerging AI and life sciences legal developments.
Requirements
- JD and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- Fluency in the life sciences industry
- Knowledge of GxP, clinical and health data regulations, human-subjects research, and FDA processes
- Experience negotiating complex intellectual property allocation in multi-party research arrangements
- Experience managing outside counsel across regulatory, intellectual property, privacy, and export-control specialties
Responsibilities
- Advise life sciences research teams on complex research, development, and commercial matters
- Drive life sciences and biopharma transactions across sophisticated agreement types
- Identify and manage life sciences regulatory risks
- Design scalable legal guidance and processes
- Monitor emerging legal developments affecting AI in life sciences and biopharma
