About the Role

You will manage law-enforcement and government requests for user data from intake through closeout. You will prepare data productions, handle domestic and cross-border legal process, maintain retrieval tooling, and improve the response workflow. You will coordinate with counsel and internal partners, report on request operations, and support related litigation and regulatory matters.

Requirements

• Experience in legal operations, business operations management, paralegal work, or a similar in-house legal role
• Direct experience handling government requests for user data
• Knowledge of the Stored Communications Act, MLATs, and cross-border requests
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Project management and deadline-management skills
• Experience managing an intake, queue, or docketing process
• Experience with legal-process tooling, trackers, spreadsheets, forms, aliases, and simple automations
• 5+ years of legal operations, business operations management, or paralegal experience
• Familiarity with Asana, Trello, or Jira

Responsibilities

• Manage law-enforcement and government user-data requests from intake through closeout
• Prepare data productions, including scoping, retrieval, counsel coordination, and production
• Handle foreign and cross-border process, MLATs, and letters rogatory
• Handle civil third-party subpoenas and preservation demands
• Maintain knowledge of data locations and operate data-retrieval tooling
• Improve law-enforcement response processes and tooling
• Coordinate with Trust and Safety, Security, Privacy, Engineering, and outside counsel
• Report on request volume, deadlines, queue health, and transparency reporting
• Monitor legal developments affecting government access to user data
• Support litigation and regulatory matters
