About the Role

You will manage compute and infrastructure procurement agreements from intake through signature. You will administer the contract lifecycle management system, design intake and approval workflows, track obligations and renewals, and build reporting on contracting performance. You will deploy AI tooling to reduce manual work and improve contracting throughput.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex contractual matters in a fast-paced technology startup
• Contract fluency to triage requests and track obligations
• Experience with contract lifecycle management or legal-operations tooling
• Experience with process design, data, metrics, and dashboards
• Ability to work with compute, infrastructure, datacenter, hardware, and network systems
• Comfort using AI and LLM tools for contracting work
• 10+ years of contract management, legal operations, or procurement operations experience
• Experience implementing or administering a CLM platform

Responsibilities

• Coordinate compute and infrastructure procurement agreements from intake through signature
• Administer contract lifecycle management workflows, templates, approvals, signing, and archives
• Design and operate contract intake and triage processes
• Develop scalable contracting solutions and process improvements
• Manage post-signature obligations and renewals
• Partner with business and legal stakeholders on contracting objectives
• Build reporting, dashboards, SLAs, and turnaround-time metrics
• Deploy LLM and AI tooling to scale contracting throughput
