About the Role
You work closely with legal counsel and management while gaining practical experience across the legal matters of a fast-growing technology company. You support commercial contract work, assist with venture capital transactions, contribute to employment law matters, help maintain legal templates and processes, conduct legal research, and prepare clear summaries.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a law degree program
- Pursuing or having completed the First State Examination or a comparable qualification such as LL.B. or LL.M. studies
- Prior exposure to commercial or corporate law through internships, clerkships, moot courts, or coursework
- Interest in German employment law, contract law, venture capital, or M&A
- Experience using AI tools for drafting, reviewing, and legal research
- Fluent English
- Good knowledge of German
Responsibilities
- Support drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts with enterprise customers, resellers, and technology partners
- Assist with venture capital transactions, including researching term sheets and organizing financing documentation
- Help maintain cap table records
- Support employment law matters across the employee lifecycle
- Help build and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and internal legal processes
- Conduct legal research and prepare clear, well-structured summaries
