About the Role
You will lead customer discovery, translate requirements into scalable platform configurations, and manage several implementations against agreed milestones. You will train customer users, explain functionality and trade-offs, identify delivery risks, resolve issues with cross-functional stakeholders, and improve implementation playbooks.
Requirements
- Experience in a client-facing legal technology or B2B SaaS role, relevant legal experience, or implementation, onboarding, professional services, delivery, or customer success experience
- Ability to understand legal contracts, negotiation positions, approval processes, and commercial workflows
- Project management and organizational skills for concurrent implementations
- Communication and interpersonal skills for scoping sessions, project updates, and training
- Judgment to distinguish customer requirements, product limitations, and better approaches
- Ability to learn complex software and apply knowledge across customer scenarios
- Experience crafting prompts for AI systems or ability to develop this capability
- Interest in legal services, enterprise software, and emerging AI technologies
- Undergraduate degree at 2:1 level, GPA of 3.5 or above, or equivalent qualification
- Understanding of contract law and commercial agreements preferred
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management, legal operations, or legal technology preferred
- Experience implementing enterprise software for legal, procurement, compliance, or commercial teams preferred
- Experience in high-volume implementation, onboarding, or professional services preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop working knowledge of platform functionality, configuration options, and use cases
- Lead customer discovery sessions on objectives, contracting processes, requirements, and priorities
- Translate customer requirements into scalable configurations
- Manage concurrent implementations against timelines, milestones, and outcomes
- Deliver training for customer user groups
- Explain platform functionality, behavior, trade-offs, and limitations
- Guide customers toward recommended implementation practices
- Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and gaps with recommendations
- Resolve issues with Customer Success, Product, and Support
- Capture recurring customer needs and repeatable patterns for delivery playbooks
