About the Role
You will guide customers to confident, independent use of the platform. You will lead discovery sessions, configure scalable solutions, manage concurrent implementation projects, deliver training, communicate platform trade-offs, and identify risks early. You will coordinate with relevant functions to resolve issues and improve delivery playbooks.
Requirements
- Experience in a client-facing legal technology or B2B SaaS implementation, onboarding, professional services, delivery, or customer success role, or relevant legal experience
- Ability to understand legal contracts, negotiation positions, approval processes, and commercial workflows
- Project management and organisational skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills for leading scoping sessions, project updates, and training
- Sound judgement
- Ability to learn complex software quickly
- Experience crafting effective prompts for AI systems, or ability to develop this capability quickly
- Interest in legal services, enterprise software, and emerging AI technologies
- Undergraduate degree at 2:1 level, GPA of 3.5 or above, or equivalent qualification
Responsibilities
- Develop working knowledge of the platform, its configuration options, and use cases
- Lead customer discovery sessions
- Translate customer requirements into scalable platform configurations
- Manage concurrent implementations against timelines, milestones, and outcomes
- Deliver training sessions to customer user groups
- Explain platform functionality, behaviour, trade-offs, and limitations
- Guide customers toward recommended best practices
- Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and gaps
- Coordinate with Customer Success, Product, and Support to resolve issues
- Capture recurring customer needs and feed patterns into delivery playbooks
