About the Role
Own Ripple's global Employee Resource Group program, including strategy, operations, governance, coaching, events, reporting, budgets, and external DEI partnerships.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in DEI, ERG program management, or HR with hands-on program ownership
- Strong facilitation skills for live and virtual sessions at all levels
- Experience guiding senior leaders and executive sponsors on allyship
- Judgment and discretion in handling sensitive identity-related conversations and critical issues
- Ability to partner across HR, Legal, Communications, and business teams
- Data literacy, including reporting and interpreting engagement survey results
- Awareness of the evolving global DEI landscape
- Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate nuance with discretion and trust
Responsibilities
- Own the operational and strategic management of Ripple's seven global ERGs
- Optimize the governance model across global regions
- Manage ERG events and milestones
- Own impact reporting and budget tracking for the ERG program
- Plan and run the annual ERG Leads onsite summit end to end
- Coach ERG Leads through the full arc of their tenure
- Advise Executive Sponsors on effective allyship and support
- Partner cross-functionally with recruiting, HR, People Operations, Compensation and Benefits, Internal Events, Communications, Workplace, and Legal
- Manage external DEI partnerships including sponsorships, training platforms, and speakers
- Manage ERG Lead transitions including sourcing and onboarding new leads
- Navigate sensitive DEI conversations with discretion and care
- Support the global business across multiple timezones
