About the Role
You will lead employee success initiatives for the Digital Infrastructure Group. You will partner with People leaders and organizational leaders on HR strategy, performance management, compensation reviews, organizational development, change management, career paths, employee relations, talent planning, engagement, retention, and organizational health while supporting employees and managers through professional and workplace issues.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as an Employee Business Partner or equivalent
- Experience with software, data center, and Digital Infrastructure Group populations
- Experience working with employees globally
- Experience with organizational effectiveness, talent planning, and talent development
- Ability to use data to drive actionable insights and measurable impact
- Ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Strong organization, process management, follow-through, and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and project-manage initiatives from beginning to end
- Discretion when handling confidential and sensitive matters
- Expertise in consultation, investigations, policy development, and manager coaching
- Experience providing employee relations counsel
- Ability to travel about 30% of the time
Responsibilities
- Partner with People Team leaders and organizational leaders to create HR strategies and programs
- Develop and implement programs that drive positive change
- Guide managers on career paths, leveling, skills, and professional development
- Support employees with professional or personal issues affecting their work and careers
- Collaborate across peer groups to meet business needs
- Lead daily activities related to HR policies, processes, and programs
- Track and analyze organizational health indicators and recommend improvements
- Drive initiatives that foster employee engagement, retention, and job satisfaction
- Support inclusion, diversity, employee morale, and well-being
- Conduct organizational assessments and talent gap analyses
- Recommend organizational structures aligned with business strategy
- Facilitate voluntary and involuntary off-boarding
