About the Role

You will serve as the on-site learning and talent development contact for employees and leaders. You will deliver soft-skills training and development programs, assess talent needs, adapt learning materials, support onboarding, coordinate coaching and career development, and partner on programming strategy and consistency.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in learning and development, talent development, HR, or a related field
• Training and facilitation experience with diverse audiences
• Relationship-building skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a field-based environment
• Instructional design familiarity
• Based in or willing to relocate to Brighton, Colorado

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site learning and talent development contact for employees and leaders
• Deliver soft-skills training, facilitation, and development programming
• Assess talent development needs and share insights with the learning and talent development team
• Design and adapt learning materials
• Support onboarding for new hires
• Build relationships with managers and frontline leaders
• Coordinate coaching conversations and career development support
• Collaborate on programming strategy and cross-site consistency
