About the Role
You will support core people-operations activities, including end-to-end onboarding, employee engagement programs, internal communications, process documentation, feedback analysis, and HR research. You will handle sensitive employee information with discretion and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel or Sheets
- Authorization to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end new-hire onboarding
- Build and refine onboarding guides, checklists, and welcome materials
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs
- Gather and analyze employee feedback
- Draft and distribute internal communications
- Create and update people-operations templates, process documents, and resource pages
- Contribute to culture-building and process-improvement projects
- Research HR best practices and compliance topics
- Handle sensitive employee information confidentially
