About the Role

You will coordinate in-person, virtual, and asynchronous learning programs. You will manage participant communications and registrations, support facilitators, coordinate vendors and events, maintain program data and records, and compile survey results.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of relevant coordination, event-planning, or program-administration experience
  • Experience with learning, HR, or people-focused teams
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms, survey tools, and Google Workspace
  • French and English bilingual proficiency
  • Knowledge of adult-learning principles or leadership-development programs

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning programs
  • Manage registrations, participant lists, communications, and evaluations
  • Support facilitators and program leads with session logistics
  • Act as the main contact for external vendors and service providers
  • Plan off-site activities, retreats, and learning events
  • Maintain program information in the LMS and other digital platforms
  • Track attendance, distribute surveys, and compile results
  • Maintain vendor, venue, program, and shared-drive records
