About the Role

Own the engineering blog from technical discovery through publication. Turn engineers' and founders' ideas into polished blog posts, technical deep dives, launch write-ups, and social content while preserving their voice and technical accuracy.

Requirements

  • Background in engineering, computer science, or serious technical writing.
  • Understanding of technical work, systems, tradeoffs, and architecture.
  • Ability to write clearly with a point of view.
  • Ability to translate rough ideas into sharp, publishable writing without losing the original voice.
  • Ability to write for engineers.
  • Ability to work independently in a small, fast-moving team.
  • Technical content writing experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the engineering blog end to end.
  • Understand shipped engineering work and publish accurate posts about it.
  • Turn engineers' and founders' ideas into blog posts, technical deep dives, launch write-ups, and social content.
  • Help the team post strategically across social media.
  • Embed with engineering and proactively identify stories worth telling.
  • Work with engineering, product, and design to publish technically correct and compelling content.
