About the Role
You will lead full-cycle recruiting for senior engineering and technical leadership roles. You will partner with engineering leaders on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and interview processes; source passive technical talent; coach hiring managers; manage recruiting metrics and forecasting; improve processes with AI and automation; and mentor recruiters and sourcers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of technical recruiting experience supporting engineering organizations at high-growth startups.
- Demonstrated success hiring senior software engineers and engineering leaders.
- Understanding of technical organizations and engineering talent markets.
- Experience partnering with senior engineering stakeholders and executives.
- Sourcing, interviewing, and closing capabilities.
- Data-driven recruiting strategy and process improvement.
- Communication and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for senior engineering and technical leadership roles.
- Partner with engineering leaders to develop hiring strategies, workforce planning, and interview processes.
- Build pipelines of passive technical talent through sourcing and networking.
- Coach hiring managers on interviewing, calibration, and candidate evaluation.
- Drive recruiting metrics, reporting, and forecasting.
- Improve recruiting processes using AI, automation, and recruiting technology.
- Champion the candidate experience from outreach through closing.
- Mentor recruiters and sourcers and establish recruiting best practices.
- Refine the employer brand within engineering communities.
