About the Role
You will build and lead the technical program management function for AI Platform. You will drive delivery across data and compute infrastructure, developer tooling, training technology, compute management, and embedded inference optimisation. You will coach TPMs, manage dependencies and risks, establish governance and metrics, and align platform work with developer velocity, cost efficiency, and model performance.
Requirements
- 8+ years delivering platform or infrastructure programs as a technical program manager
- People and process leadership experience
- Understanding of machine learning, GPUs, large-model training and inference, compute, and orchestration
- Embedded or on-vehicle systems experience
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Ray, Flyte, Docker, Azure, Python, and ML platform tooling
- Proficiency with AI agents such as Cursor, Claude, and Codex
- Cross-functional leadership and data-driven communication
Responsibilities
- Build, coach, and grow a technical program management team
- Partner with AI Platform leaders on roadmap planning, prioritisation, and execution
- Lead platform programs covering data and compute infrastructure, developer tooling, training technology, compute management, and embedded inference
- Establish planning cadences, governance, KPIs, dashboards, escalations, and operational reviews
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and trade-offs
- Connect delivery to developer velocity, compute efficiency, cost, and training and inference performance
- Represent AI Platform in company-level reviews
