About the Role
Design and maintain core software and hardware verification flows and a hardware modelling framework. Build internal tooling and infrastructure for the project and the wider open-source community, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with external contributors.
Requirements
- Senior software engineer with experience designing and maintaining complex systems
- Experience leading a small team or senior IC experience mentoring and steering others
- Background or genuine interest in hardware, EDA, or embedded development
- Experience or interest in security
- Ability to reason about trade-offs and second-order effects
- Comfort with Unix/Linux and open-source workflows
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand automated flows and a hardware modelling framework
- Build internal tooling and infrastructure for the company and open-source community
- Drive architectural decisions and the long-term technical direction of the codebase
- Explore verification, cybersecurity, and EDA as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contributors
