About the Role

You will own end-to-end interview scheduling for executive and high-volume roles, communicate with candidates and interview participants, maintain accurate hiring records in Ashby, and resolve operational issues. You will improve scheduling and feedback workflows, create playbooks and training guides, and set standards for quality and speed.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting coordination experience
• Experience scheduling executive or high-volume roles
• Ability to manage complex multi-participant interview schedules
• Experience using an applicant tracking system as the hiring system of record
• Experience serving as an escalation point for a coordination or operations team

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling for executive and high-volume roles
• Communicate transparently and promptly with candidates, hiring managers, and interview participants
• Resolve last-minute scheduling conflicts
• Identify hiring-workflow bottlenecks and implement scheduling and feedback automation
• Optimize coordination playbooks and training guides
• Serve as an escalation point for daily operational issues
• Maintain complete and current records in Ashby
