About the Role
You will lead and train Receiving Specialists while overseeing the accurate, timely, and damage-free receipt of data center materials and equipment. You will process receipts in ERP or WMS systems, verify documentation and quantities, resolve discrepancies, coordinate reverse logistics, operate powered equipment safely, and improve receiving processes, inventory accuracy, and workplace safety.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 3+ years of receiving, supply chain, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
- At least 1 year of lead, senior, or supervisory experience
- Ability to work day or night shifts and overtime
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Willingness to work in a warehouse environment
- Commitment to safety protocols and procedures
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, train, and coordinate Receiving Specialists
- Oversee incoming-material and package receipts
- Process receipts and hold packages in ERP or WMS systems
- Create and apply routing labels and maintain receiving records
- Verify materials against documentation for damage, part numbers, and quantities
- Resolve receipt, discrepancy, and distribution issues with stakeholders
- Coordinate return shipments and reverse logistics
- Review stagnant inventory reports and support inventory reconciliation
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment safely
- Drive housekeeping, 5S, and process improvements
- Document non-conformances and support corrective actions
