About the Role

You will establish the processes and frameworks that guide product marketing decisions while executing across established and new products. You will define customer and member segments, develop positioning and value propositions, support product launches, track the market and competitors, and use research, analytics, and testing to inform product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience on consumer-facing products
  • B2C fintech product marketing experience
  • Experience with segmentation, positioning, and value proposition development tied to business outcomes
  • Data fluency and experience partnering with Analytics and Research
  • Experience influencing senior leaders in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, actionable direction
  • Experience with credit-challenged or underserved consumers or consumer BNPL products is a bonus

  • Define data-backed customer segmentation and targeting
  • Create actionable segmentation for existing members
  • Develop product and company positioning
  • Craft differentiated value propositions and product narratives
  • Partner on positioning and go-to-market strategy for new products
  • Track competitive offerings, category shifts, and member needs
  • Establish scalable product marketing processes
  • Use research, analytics, and testing to inform product and marketing decisions
