About the Role
You will set the technical direction for a scalable marketing web platform. You will build AI-powered workflows, experimentation and personalization systems, data pipelines, CMS schemas, and APIs. You will optimize web performance and SEO, lead cross-functional delivery, establish engineering standards, and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities
- Develop the technical plan for the marketing web platform
- Build AI-powered tools, agents, and workflow automation
- Engineer experimentation and personalization infrastructure
- Build data pipelines and marketing-stack integrations
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from inception through delivery
- Define engineering guidelines, CI/CD improvements, and architecture standards
- Build scalable Sanity CMS schemas and APIs
- Optimize core web vitals, technical SEO, and edge caching
