About the Role
You will build and operate the backend for an AI agent that plans multi-step requests and uses music models and audio tools. You will design evaluations, datasets, release gates, data pipelines, and internal review tools. You will also provide on-call and launch support.
Requirements
- 4–6 years building and scaling production backend systems
- Experience shipping and operating an LLM-powered agent or feature with multi-step tool calling
- Experience building evaluations for nondeterministic systems
- Experience using evaluation results to make release decisions
- Experience operating production systems and collaborating with ML engineers, product managers, and partner teams
Responsibilities
- Build and operate the backend for a multi-step AI agent
- Design evaluations, datasets, and release gates
- Develop data pipelines for the agent and its evaluations
- Create internal tools for running and reviewing evaluations
- Provide on-call and launch support
- Help onboard new engineers
