About the Role
You will build and ship end-to-end memory and search experiences across backend services, model tools, and web interfaces. You will run product experiments, improve retrieval quality, define product metrics and evaluations, and deliver privacy-aware features for users and enterprises.
Requirements
- Experience building and operating large-scale user-facing products and backend services
- Experience building agentic systems or LLM-powered products
- Strong Python and TypeScript skills
- Experience across backend services and web front ends
- Experience launching and iterating products using data and user feedback
- Experience defining metrics and running experiments
- Strong product judgment
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship memory and search experiences end to end
- Run product experiments and make persevere-or-pivot decisions from user data
- Shape memory and retrieval use in Claude’s agentic loop
- Define product metrics and build quality evaluations
- Improve search relevance and recall across embeddings, retrieval, ranking, and interfaces
- Partner with product, design, privacy, legal, and safeguards teams
- Set standards for latency, polish, and reliability
- Share on-call responsibility for owned systems
