About the Role
You will lead daily warehouse and inventory operations supporting data center construction, expansion, and ongoing operations. You will manage priorities, receipts, RMAs, material requests, inventory accuracy, replenishment, audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations. You will receive, inspect, store, kit, and issue high-value equipment and materials, mentor and train employees, and coordinate with internal departments to resolve material-flow issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 2+ years of warehouse experience
- 2+ years of materials management or inventory control experience
- Experience with data entry and inventory tracking systems
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. unassisted
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekends
- Ability to work in a warehouse and data center environment
Responsibilities
- Support team meetings and improvement activities
- Oversee shift backlogs, receipts, RMAs, and material requests
- Assign shift resources and prioritize critical materials
- Provide input on employee performance
- Coordinate inventory and material-flow priorities with stakeholders
- Fill resource gaps during short-handed shifts
- Mentor and train employees
- Monitor consumables, spare parts, and critical inventory levels
- Manage the inventory and fulfillment inbox
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue equipment and materials
- Pick and kit parts, materials, and hardware
- Maintain material-handling practices for sensitive equipment
- Maintain FIFO stock rotation and storage conditions
- Coordinate with other sites and departments to resolve material issues
- Maintain warehouse organization using 5S principles
- Conduct inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations
- Manage RMA inspection, documentation, and vendor coordination
