About the Role
You will manage GTM headcount and spend models, budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis. You will build automated reporting, SQL ETL workflows, data pipelines, semantic models, and dashboards. You will establish data-quality controls and finance SOPs, partner across finance and operations, and lead strategic analyses and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, CS, or a related field
- Experience in aerospace, defense, semiconductor, robotics, automotive, heavy manufacturing, or hardware-driven environments
- 3-6 years of FP&A, GTM Finance, Sales Finance, RevOps, or equivalent analytical experience
- Proficiency with AI tools
- Experience with cloud data platforms and ETL or pipeline concepts
- Experience building headcount models and GTM or corporate OpEx budgets
- Advanced Excel financial modeling and driver-based forecasting
- Communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Authorization to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain GTM headcount, spend forecasting, tracking, and capacity models
- Provide GTM OpEx visibility and identify cost drivers and optimization opportunities
- Monitor actuals against plans and forecasts
- Automate headcount reconciliations across HR, Finance, and GTM systems
- Define data architecture, KPIs, and source-of-truth models
- Build automated reporting workflows, capacity models, data pipelines, semantic models, reporting tables, and dashboards
- Write and maintain SQL for ETL workflows
- Establish data-quality monitoring, validation rules, anomaly detection, and data governance
- Write SOPs for GTM finance processes
- Partner with Revenue Operations, HR, Recruiting, Accounting, and Data
- Lead special projects and strategic analyses
