About the Role

You will lead brand processes and key design projects, develop design systems and brand guidelines, create and review visual and motion assets, partner with stakeholders on creative solutions, direct design references and storyboards, own projects through delivery, manage priorities and deadlines, and mentor designers and collaborators.

Requirements

8+ years of experience as a graphic or brand designer
Experience leading or supervising design work
Track record of building and evolving brand systems
Standout portfolio across visual design, motion, editorial, digital, and social formats
Experience leading or directing other creatives
Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and prototyping tools such as Figma
Experience leading design projects independently
Ability to mentor and coordinate designers and motion specialists
Judgement and confidence to influence stakeholders and guide creative direction
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Lead the development and evolution of documentation, design systems, and brand guidelines
Create and review visual assets and motion designs across channels
Partner with Product, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders on creative solutions
Direct the creation of mood boards, scamps, storyboards, and animatics
Own projects from concept through delivery
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines across parallel workstreams
Provide creative leadership, feedback, and mentorship
Guard the visual identity and maintain brand standards
