About the Role
You edit short-form content for organic social channels and paid advertising campaigns. You work from scripts, briefs, and raw footage to create polished videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. You add captions, graphics, music, sound design, and motion elements, apply feedback through revisions, maintain brand consistency, and organize project files.
Requirements
- Proven experience editing short-form video content for social media
- Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing tools
- Strong sense of pacing and rhythm
- Ability to work from a brief or script with minimal supervision
- Reliable turnaround times and ability to meet deadlines
- Openness to feedback and ability to iterate quickly
Responsibilities
- Edit at least three videos or batches per week for organic social and paid advertising
- Cut and assemble shoot footage into compelling platform-optimized content
- Add captions, graphics, music, sound design, and motion elements
- Apply feedback quickly and accurately through revision rounds
- Maintain a consistent look and feel in line with brand guidelines
- Organize and manage raw footage and project files
