About the Role
You will lead Cloud Platform Engineers, provide technical direction and mentorship, and take hands-on ownership of the cloud platform. You will manage Azure and AKS environments, improve CI/CD, observability, automation, security, reliability, and developer workflows. You will also support IT compliance activities and work with product development teams to strengthen the internal development platform.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development, development operations, and release management
- 3+ years of team leadership experience
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud architecture best practices
- Experience building cloud solutions in highly regulated environments
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Shell scripting, Git-based workflows, and CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Enthusiasm for blockchain technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English above B2 level
Responsibilities
- Lead Cloud Platform Engineers and provide technical direction, mentorship, and hands-on leadership
- Design, manage, and continuously improve the cloud-native Microsoft Azure platform
- Own AKS environment architecture, lifecycle management, upgrades, security hardening, capacity planning, and operations
- Administer and optimize GitHub Enterprise and Azure DevOps services
- Establish observability using Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor, and related tools
- Collaborate with product development teams to improve developer productivity, reliability, and developer experience
- Support second-line and ISO teams with IT compliance requirements
- Drive reliability through infrastructure as code, automation, standardization, and continuous improvement
- Own the technical quality, maintainability, scalability, and long-term evolution of cloud platforms and services
