About the Role
You lead a team of Cloud Platform Engineers and provide technical direction, mentorship, and hands-on leadership. You design and improve a cloud-native Microsoft Azure platform, manage Azure Kubernetes Service environments, administer GitHub Enterprise and Azure DevOps, establish observability with Grafana and Prometheus, support IT compliance, and drive reliability through infrastructure-as-code, automation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development, development operations, and release management
- 3+ years of experience in team leadership
- Microsoft Azure cloud architecture
- Cloud solutions in highly regulated environments
- Terraform
- Shell scripting
- Git-based workflows
- CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Blockchain technology interest
- English proficiency above B2
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Cloud Platform Engineers
- Design and improve the Microsoft Azure cloud-native platform
- Manage Azure Kubernetes Service environments
- Administer and optimize GitHub Enterprise and Azure DevOps
- Establish observability with Grafana, Prometheus, and Azure Monitor
- Improve developer productivity and platform reliability
- Support IT compliance requirements
- Drive infrastructure-as-code, automation, and standardization
- Take technical ownership of cloud-based platforms and services
