About the Role
You will write, review, and optimize critical code while leading technical delivery for complex AI projects. You will guide Applied AI Engineers, lead customer technical discussions, design and oversee AI systems, develop fine-tuning and RAG solutions, evaluate emerging approaches, and ensure customer feedback informs product development.

- 10+ years as a technical individual contributor on AI-based products

- Deliver critical code for complex projects
- Review and optimize AI solutions
- Lead Applied AI Engineers through mentorship and technical guidance
- Lead pre-sales technical discussions
- Translate customer requirements into actionable solutions
- Design and oversee complex AI systems
- Implement fine-tuning, RAG, agentic workflows, and custom LLM applications
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and methodologies
- Champion best practices for fine-tuning, inference, and deployment
- Integrate customer feedback into product development
